ABS anti lock braking system composition. Anti lock braking system is what we usually call ABS system. If you are equipped with a vehicle, it will always be on by default and always in standby mode unless there is a fault, that is, it cannot be released or closed manually. Yes. Although the ABS is in standby mode at any time, it will only intervene in some special circumstances.

How to remove ABS

The main function of ABS system is to prevent the wheel from locking and losing direction, not to shorten the braking distance. Therefore, as long as we understand that as long as the wheels are locked, ABS will intervene in the work. If there is no ABS system, once the wheels lock up when braking, the rolling friction between the wheel and the ground will become sliding friction. At this time, the steering wheel can not operate to the rotation direction of the wheel. Sometimes, accidents happen like this.

Generally speaking, the ordinary braking system can make the car brake in a short distance as far as possible, but if the braking is carried out too late, it can not completely stop before the collision with the obstacle, which can not prevent the occurrence of accidents. The most important function of ABS braking system is to keep the ability of steering control while braking. Therefore, we may choose to avoid the obstacles in front of us in the braking process, so as to avoid accidents.

Under the requirements of laws and regulations, ABS is the safety system that every vehicle must be equipped with. No matter how the vehicle enterprises reduce the ABS, ABS must be retained. As mentioned above, ABS ABS will always be on standby, so the general civil vehicle is unable to turn off ABS. But in some high-performance vehicles, ABS can be removed, so that you can play with drift and tail flick and other fancy operations.

These high-performance vehicles have a simple way to remove the ABS. For example, if the driving mode of Benz AMG A45 is selected to drift mode, the ABS will be turned off. Of course, most of the so-called anti lock braking system (ABS) for high-performance vehicles is only aimed at the rear wheels. After all, if the front wheels are locked, they can't steer.

Composition of ABS anti lock braking system

Anti lock braking system (ABS) is an electronic control system which is composed of sensors, ABS ECU, brake pressure regulator and ABS indicator light on the basis of conventional braking device

The hydraulic control system is composed of brake pressure regulator and conventional braking device, and the electronic control system is composed of sensor, control switch, absecu, ABS indicator, solenoid valve in brake pressure regulator and return pump motor. The solenoid valve and return pump motor are not only the executive components of the electronic control system, but also the initial control elements of the hydraulic control system.

ABS adopts two kinds of sensors: wheel speed sensor and deceleration sensor. The wheel speed sensor is a necessary sensor for ABS. Its function is to detect the movement state of the wheel and convert the wheel speed into electrical signal and input it into absecu. An ABS is equipped with 2-4 wheel speed sensors, most of which are equipped with 4 wheel speed sensors. The deceleration sensor is divided into longitudinal deceleration sensor and transverse deceleration sensor. The deceleration sensor is only used in ABS with high control accuracy. Its function is to detect the acceleration and deceleration speed of the car body, so that absecu can judge the road condition.

The main function of ABS electronic control unit ECU is to receive the input signals of wheel speed sensor, deceleration sensor and switch, calculate the wheel speed, vehicle speed, acceleration and deceleration speed and slip rate, and output control commands to control the brake pressure regulator and other executive components.
